What is NeuBuild

NeuBuild is the AI Idea Builder by NeuOrigins. Chat with our AI, explore possibilities and generate a complete Project Brief in minutes, then send it to our team to take the next step.

How to use it

  1. 1. Describe your idea

    Type it in your own words, even a rough sentence. You can attach reference files (PDF, Word, text, images up to 10 MB each).

  2. 2. Refine it with the AI

    The AI asks follow-up questions to sharpen the problem, audience, features and scope. Answer as much as you can; you can skip what you don't know yet.

  3. 3. Generate your Project Brief

    When enough is covered, create a structured brief. Edit any section, regenerate it, and download it as a PDF.

  4. 4. Send it to NeuOrigins

    Share the brief with our team. We only need your name and email, and we'll reply to review it with you.

Good practice

  • Start with the problem and who has it, then the solution.
  • Be specific: examples, numbers and “I want it to feel like…” references help the most.
  • One idea per conversation. Use New idea in the sidebar for another.
  • Don't share passwords, payment details or other people's personal data.
  • Treat the AI's answers as a starting point. Check anything important before relying on it.
  • Your brief is saved as versions, so you can edit or regenerate without losing earlier drafts.

What is NeuBuild?

NeuBuild is NeuOrigins' AI Idea Builder. You chat with an AI about your idea, and it helps you turn it into a clear Project Brief you can download or send to our team for review.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

It's free to get started and you don't need to sign in to build an idea. You only need to give your name and email when you send a brief to NeuOrigins. Signing in lets you keep your ideas on your account.

Where are my ideas saved?

They appear under “Your ideas” in the sidebar. Without an account they're kept for this browser; signed-in ideas are stored with your account.

How do I delete an idea?

Hover an idea in the sidebar and click the bin icon. Its conversation and brief versions are removed.

Can I edit the brief the AI writes?

Yes. Open Project Brief, choose Edit, change any section and save. It's stored as a new version. Regenerate asks the AI for a fresh draft.

How do I download my brief?

On the Project Brief page, choose Download PDF.

What happens when I send a brief to NeuOrigins?

You'll get a reference number and the team will review it and reply to the email you gave. You'll need to accept the Terms to send. You can edit and send again later.

Why does it say I've reached a daily limit?

To keep the service fair, there's a limit on how many new ideas can be started from one connection per day. You can keep working on existing ideas, or come back tomorrow.

The AI seems slow or gives simple questions. Why?

When our AI providers are busy, NeuBuild switches to a guided set of questions so you can still finish a brief. Try again a little later for the full conversation.

Is my information private?

Your messages are sent to AI providers to create replies, and we store what's needed to run the service. Read the Privacy Policy for details, and avoid sharing sensitive information.

Does the AI replace the NeuOrigins team?

No. The AI helps you prepare. People at NeuOrigins review the brief and talk to you about next steps.
